Payment Policy

Three Edits ("we," "our," "us") provides professional video editing services globally. This Payment Policy
outlines our terms regarding payment, invoicing, refunds, and other financial transactions.
1. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in full before the final delivery of the edited videos.
- A minimum advance payment of 20% is required to initiate the project.
- The remaining balance must be cleared before the final files are shared.
- Payment terms for bulk projects will be discussed and agreed upon with the client.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
- Bank Transfer
- PayPal
- Stripe
- UPI (for Indian clients)
- Other payment gateways as agreed upon
Clients are responsible for any transaction fees associated with their chosen payment method.
3. Invoicing & Taxes
- An invoice will be issued after the payment confirmation.
- Prices quoted do not include applicable taxes. Clients are responsible for covering any applicable taxes
as per their country’s regulations.
- Late payments may be subject to additional charges.
4. Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued once the editing process has started.
- If a client cancels a project before editing begins, a partial refund (excluding advance
payment) may be considered.
- Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction due to creative differences; however, reasonable
revisions will be accommodated as per our revision policy.
5. Revision & Additional Charges
- Clients are entitled to 3 free revisions per project.
- Additional revisions beyond the free limit may incur extra charges, which will be discussed before
proceeding.
- Major changes (such as modifying the entire concept, changing the original footage, or extensive
re-editing) will be charged separately.
6. Late Payment & Non-Payment
- If payment is delayed beyond the agreed timeline, the delivery of the project may be postponed.
- Continuous non-payment may result in termination of services and legal action if necessary.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any payment disputes should be communicated via threeeditsofficial@gmail.com within 7 days
of payment.
We strive to resolve disputes amicably; however, if required, legal action may be taken in accordance with
applicable laws.
8. Currency & Exchange Rates
- All payments must be made in the currency specified on the invoice.
- Clients are responsible for any exchange rate variations or conversion fees.
9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services if payment policies are not adhered to.
Clients will be notified in case of service termination due to non-compliance with payment terms.
